Bush care groups are organised and funded through Habitat Brisbane
which is a program of the Brisbane City Council. The N4C has been
involved in the creation of groups at Moorhen Flats and Arnwood
Place amongst others. We seek to support groups that are working
in the Norman Creek catchment. Representatives from bush care groups
are invited to attend our meetings to get an overview of activity in
the catchment but also to ask for support for their own projects.
Some groups that have started independantly of N4C are the
Buranda
School Bush Care Group and the Stones Corner Child Day Care group.
